About Me
What is your relationship with yourself?
As a therapist, I am genuinely curious about my clients and their lives. I shine light on dark corners, and I help you examine and embrace the complexity of your experiences with compassion and understanding. I create strong therapeutic alliances with my clients, understanding that therapy is hard work and having someone there you trust to support you is essential. I create an environment in which clients feel supported to show up authentically.
I work with individuals wanting to understand, change, and improve their relationships with themselves, others, or the world. I aim to create a supportive and nurturing therapeutic experience where I work to collaborate with clients on various issues.
I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I also work with issues related to gender and sexual identity, ADHD/ other learning disabilities, and self-esteem. I employ a systems approach, focusing on the whole person and their experiences. I aim to provide therapy that is supportive and sustainable for you.

ADHD 101
Created in collaboration with Clinical Social Worker Gabrielle Juliano-Villani, LCSW
Neurodiversity, a term coined by Judy Singer, describes the natural variation in human brains and minds. Conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive styles are not defects to be “fixed” but differences to be understood and valued.
ACT Made Simple Worksheet
Adapted with permission from Tobias Lundgren's Bull's Eye
This form is to help gather information about the nature of the main challenge, issue, or problem you are facing.
Regardless of what your problem is – whether it is a physical illness, a difficult relationship, a work situation, a financial crisis, a performance issue, the loss of a loved one, a severe injury, or a clinical disorder such as depression - when we dissect the problem, we usually find four major elements that contribute significantly to the issue.
Grounding Techniques
Created in collaboration with psychotherapist & trauma expert Dan Roberts, MBACP
Grounding techniques are strategies designed to bring your focus back to the present moment, helping to manage anxiety, stress, or dissociation.
